Audience/Level: General 1.0-2.0
Hosted by: Evan Weselake
The more things change, the more resilient we all need to be. Resilience allows us to manage stressors better, learn from setbacks and prepare for the next challenges, but most teams go about it the wrong way. Most teams try to make the individuals better and assume that will build a resilient team. In fact, team resilience is marked by different factors than individual resilience.
This fast-paced hour is intended to provide an overview of the team components of R@W (Resilience @ Work) model. We will highlight where resilience shows up, how it holds you back and how working on resilience will improve your diversity & inclusion efforts on every team.
