Supporting neurodiversity brings many benefits, but most organizations lack the understanding of how to create an environment that is friendly to neurodiverse individuals, leading to high unemployment and a talent pool that isn't being fully used. In this talk with Gillian Burgis, Co-founder of Inclusive Environments, we explore the benefits as well as organizational and accommodation barriers that come with building neurodiverse organizations.
Audience/Level: This is an introductory to intermediate level webinar for anyone interested in learning about neurodiversity and how to build organizations that are inclusive to neurodiverse people.
NOTE: This webinar will be offered in English with live French interpretation and closed captioning in both languages.
