This webinar builds on CCDI's 2021 webinar D&I Practical Strategies 101. Successfully implementing a diversity and inclusion strategy in the workplace is a lengthy process. DEI 201 takes the discussion from the fundamentals to more advanced strategies that can be implemented for sustainability and growth of organizational D&I initiatives.
Audience/Level: This is an intermediate to advanced level webinar. Individuals must have an understanding of what diversity, inclusion and equity are, as well as know the business case for DEI within their organization.
