Ageism is a form of marginalization that potentially anyone could experience at any point in their lives. This webinar will help us question our assumptions about age, introduce an intersectional lens to our understanding of ageism, define the impacts of ageism in the workplace, and share strategies for inclusion of people of all ages.

Audience/Level: This is a beginner level webinar providing an introduction to the concept of ageism and its impacts in the workplace.
