Community of Practice event waitlist

Complete the following form if you wish to join the waitlist for one of the in-person events listed below. Please note that this is not a guarantee to attend the event and we encourage you to attend our virtual offerings as an alternative. The waitlist is managed on a rolling basis, and you will be contacted at least five (5) business days prior to the event date only if capacity becomes available. If you are not contacted in the time up to five (5) business days prior to the event, kindly accept our apologies and we hope to see you at a future CCDI event.
